I went to Mc Creary's for a Sunday afternoon lunch. My waitress spilled a glass of water across the table, shattering the glass and soaking all three of us at the table. Small accident, and I actually felt worse for her than I did for our group. However, she didn't clean up all the glass...we kept finding it on the table. She forgot our ranch dressing, our french fries, never offered refills, and she took my friend's soda and never returned. When we were looking around for her, she was sitting at a table with someone she knew and was just shooting the breeze. We eventually got the attention of the manager and told him we were missing ranch, french fries and a soda and that we all needed refills. He took care of it for us but the girl came back and charged us full price for everything. We asked for a discounted rate because we were all soaked, had glass on our table and she missed half of our order. She said she couldn't discount it and we couldn't find the manager. I've eaten here before and the food wasn't that great and the service was always horrible. This time seals the deal for me...I'll never go back there to eat again and I feel like their service was so poor that I needed to post this. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
