I am so pleased to see all the great reviews that JP deserves! I have been in the industry for quite some time. I have had the opportunity to work with a number of great chef's including him. Not only is he talanted but, he is a hard worker and a really great guy. Whenever I come in he is cooking on the line and overseeing everything if he isn't personally preparing your meal. He still has the same employees he opened his resaurant with because, he treats them respect and values them. The bottom line is he cares about his product, customers and his staff. I suggest everyone support this restaurant! I know I will! Tracy
