If you use the drive-thru do not set your expectations very high. If you order more than a drink, you will be asked to pull around to the front. They are extremely SLOW and unprofessional. If you do pull to the front, expect for your order to be wrong. Either you will not receive part of your order or you will get things that are wrong.
I would stay away from here! If you call the number on the receipt or listed on this site, you will not get an answer. It will ring 4-6 times and then go to a fax machine. There is obviously no management. I called the customer service line (800-955-JACK) and the CSR said that she would follow up with the staff.
It is against company policy for employees to have cars pull up unless the order is large or the people behind you ordered just a drink or a salad (something that doesn't have to be cooked).
Again, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
