The Upper Darby Township building is an imposing structure that looks like the clock tower from Back to the Future. The building contains municipal offices and a library. It is worth looking for the 1920's detailing throughout the building. From brass railings and knobs to the marble floors, many original details are still intact. It makes paying your parking ticket a grand affair. Note the large brass doors at the front of the building are now just for show, though you'll figure that out when you find the steps are missing.
