Very surprised by some of the not so kind things said about this place. In 2008 I was all set to buy a Yamaha Star at a West Side dealer. A friend said I should check out a Harley. I said, yeah but I'm Not really a Harley guy. OH YES I AM. I went to Cycle stop and that was it. I was all in with the bike, "a new 2008 FLSTN," the people, the place, the whole vibe. Since then it has been nothing but a really good experience. The service it great, the guys are very attentive AND KNOW THEIR STUFF, they call me by name when I come in. Sometimes I go just to look around and hang out for a bit & have a cup of coffee. I must say ,Tim & all the sales/service & parts guys are awesome. Go see Alex & the ladies over in motor clothes for jackets, helmets and all sorts of cool stuff. Nothing bad to say here, I would absolutely recommend the place and do it all over again.....
