Review content:
Many people take to running or going to workout gyms these days for fitness, but if you need a break from all the stress, swimming is many times a relaxing form of exercise. Just gliding through the water at a nice pace gets the heart rate up and the blood pumping, but it is very soothing. The Fitzsimons Pool is located on the Fitzsimons campus in Aurora, a new booming medical center which brings in more jobs and people everyday. I believe this place is going to get much busier soon.
