Review content:
The Exercise Express is located in the Poughkeepsie plaza. This is a small gym compared to most gyms but I see why it is small because it is only for women. Even though I wouldn't mind if men worked out in the same gym as me, I see why they did it. They did it because sometimes it’s intimidating to exercise with men. This place is also FREE to YMCA members and also offers free Bench Blast, Cardio Blitz, Double Step, Fitness Challenge, HEAT, Kickboxing, Pilates, Step Express, Stretch, TOSS, Yoga, and Yoga ball classes! This place is very reasonable and it is a lot cheaper to get a membership here instead of other gyms.
