my son and his girlfriend went to store on 94th in westminster, it was a little before closing as he worked long hrs that day. they went to celebrate one year anniversary.. food was too bad to eat had a drink and decided to go elsewhere, manager was asked to delete meals as they were not eaten, and he would pay for drinks, manager said if he took a bite he had to pay my son asked for his credit card and was refused, and manager called police.. police asked no questions of my son or his girlfriend and were issued tickets for disorderly conduct and made to pay 40.00 bill. needless to say complaint filed with watch commander wesrminster police,and credit card disputed, and will be in court
