Businiess name:  Courtyard Philadelphia Downtown

Review content:
This restored building across the street from City Hall is a very unusual Courtyard. The lobby and public areas are far more extensive and upscale than usual. What isn't is staff, which were in very short supply. Front desk, business center, and valet parking were all understaffed. Even the bar area had only one server on duty at prime time. My room was very nice, but I did pay more for an oversized corner room and it had 4 sets of windows and a great view of City Hall. Beds were soft but comfy and the room spotless. Better soundproofing than the Four Seasons for shutting out street noise. Staf did amazing disappearing acts and the tiny entrance fills with cars VERY fast. Valet service is as slow as everyone says. Pros: Cleaness and location Cons: Valet parking
