Review content:
Having grown up in Bellingham, when I think about visiting home, the potato burrito comes before both family and friends. Casa Que Pasa may not be authentic Mexican, but it is simply the best restaurant Bellingham has, and also one of the cheapest. Plus, while it offers meals for meat-eaters, it's a haven for vegetarians and vegans alike. And although there really isn't "service," this helps compliment the relaxed, inviting atmosphere of the place.
