My wife and I returned from Christmas vacation to find a leak in the garage due to freezing. We called Pats Plumbing out and they arrived within 2 hours!!! The technician Jesse was very friendly and walked us through the process of the repair and gave us a few options on the repair as well. When he showed us the cost of the repair I wasnt surprised one bit as you get what you pay for, and what i mean by that is i would have not gone with them if it wasnt for Jesse's knowledge and strong trust we had built with him. When the work was completed had cleaned up after himself and even swept the floor in the area he was working to make sure nothing was left behind. All in all we are very pleased with our choice in Pats, even more so in Jesse. We even sent him home with a care package for him and his wife as a token of our appreciation.
Pros: Very clean and professional
Cons: A tad pricey but you pay for good work
