Review content:
Tried BDog during our 01/2005 ski trip but was disappointed by the food and management! We ordered their famous crabcake, lobster/shrimp eggrolls and sushi. In the eggroll I didn't taste lobster or shrimp, mostly veggies - not memorable. The crabcake appeared nicely browned but inside it was cold. Apologies given by the waitestaff and another crabcake, again dark brown on the outside but cool inside. I think they used the same oil to fry with which was causing the "cooked" appearance but underdone inside. We tried salmon and tuna nigiri and Jollyrancher roll nothing spectacular. We were disappointed that the manager didn't come over to offer us anything for the crabcake like a comped dessert, drinks or anything. The waitstaff was good but if you want repeat business then the manager apologizes and offers a comp. Especially since this was their "famous" crabcake. I don't recommend Blind Dog Grill. Pros: ambience Cons: mediocre food, inattentive mgmt
