This place is great! When you first see it, you may be nervous as it is in an extremely run down old factory which is surrounded by buildings in similar condition. But don't judge a book by its cover! Go inside and look around - the place is HUGE and has an amazing selection. They sell nearly every kind of fabric you can think of - cotton prints, upholstery, decorator, challis, suiting, faux furs - at prices which are nothing short of incredible. They also sell a limited range of notions, trims, lace, and patterns at great prices. Strangely enough they also have a selection of very random items - similar to a dollar store, but I've actually found a few useful things among them. If you use fabrics check this place out right away!
