Review content:
To start, I had a horrible experience with the Just Brakes on 183 and Oak Knoll (review posted for that location). After talking with corporate about the problems I had with the other location, Russell, the GM from 8335 Research called and asked that I bring my car in to make it right. At first I was reluctant since I had already made 3 trips to the other location. I decided to go anyways. Russell went on a test drive with me and assured he would take care of me. Just by talking with him, I could tell he was honest and wanted to get the job done right (completely opposite from my experience at the other location). He never made an excuse for what had happened and explained that his objective is to take care of the customer, not upsell to make a commission.
He got the work done in a timely manner and went above and beyond all expectations. He replaced more than he needed to and my brakes work perfect.
I would strongly recommend taking your car to this location.
