I spent $600 for for them to break my a/c. I came to them to fix my a/c (it probably just need to be recharged), and to check out my older vehicle. When they got back to me, they wanted to do $1300 in repairs, most of which were completely unnecessary. These included the inner tie rod ends (they are COMPLETELY fine) and $120 in labor (1.5 hours) to change 3 very easily accessible spark plugs, the latter of which took me 15 minutes to do myself. I politely declined all the repairs but the a/c, so they simply recharged the a/c and waited for a few parts to come in, saying there was a slow leak. The a/c worked PERFECTLY for 3 weeks, then the parts came in, they did the further work on the a/c, and now the a/c cuts in and out constantly. I've left my car there two whole additional days, and the mechanics did nothing. I am certain that the last time I dropped off my car, they did not even look at it. It was parked in the exact spot where I left it. They never called me to explain the situation. So after one month, 4 whole days at the shop, and $600, I have an air conditioning unit that I cannot use, all with no explanation from the employees. Thank you DFW frame and alignment.
