Review content:
I recently moved Mom from her home in Manchester to an Assisted Living facility. I knew I needed to rent a truck, but things were sketchy about when family would be off work to help with the move. It was a pleasure working with Paul, from U-Haul. He was so helpful. The first goof-up I did was to book the wrong Saturday. When I called, he said that it wasn't a problem and fixed the date. THEN, I had to call and say that it wasn't a Saturday at all; it was a Friday. Once again Paul was gracious and changed the booking for me.
When I got there to pick up the truck, not only was it there; it was spotlessly clean and so were the moving pads I rented. Everything went smoothly after that, except that I left some doorstops behind, which Paul reminded me of when he called me later in the day. God forbid I should ever have to move anybody again, but if I ever do it will definitely be through this U-Haul. This was the cleanest, most organized operation I have ever seen!
