You will not be as impressed with Renaissance Bridals as they are with themselves. I'm newly engaged (two weeks) and I just started shopping for bridal gowns. Assuming this store was appointment only, I stopped by to get a feel for the store and their inventory and to make an appointment for when I had a more time to really shop. I never got the chance however, when despite their being four people working in the store no one would even give me the basic information I requested. Instead the chastised me for my lack of appointment then again for not having already purchased my gown. For a store that prides themselves on customer service they did not seem interested in my business. So I will take my thousands of dollars of business elsewhere. Lesson learned don't even think of Renaissance Bridals without an appointment!!
