My first purchase with MTC was in 2009 when i needed a drag racing helmet. The salesman directed me quickly to the SFI helmet i needed and within my price range. He was helpful, knowledgable on the subject of racing helmets, and worked with me as much as he could on the price. He came out to the track one Saturday too, which was cool of him.
Recently (March 2011), my Dad and I needed an inexpensive quad to use as a pit vehicle at the track. The salesman Kevin gave us plenty of space and time to look around, was able to tell us about the quads features and stayed within the price we wanted to spend. In fact, Aaron Brown (co-owner) cut us an amazing deal on our new Suzuki Ozark 250. Middletown Cycle installed a fresh battery and delivered the quad to our garage. The whole staff there is really cool, very knowledgable on the bikes, quads, Spyders, items&products…everything under their roof, they can tell you about it and if it will work with what your looking for.
GREAT EXPERIENCE and CUSTOMER SERVICE, they've continued to impress me and have a lifelong customer.
