Review content:
We've used Roy's 3 times for different plumbing problems. The experience all the way from the receptionist to the Plumbers was amazing. They were consistently respectful of our time (came exactly when they said they would), our home (always put plastic booties on their shoes, great job cleaning up before leaving), and us (even asked permission to play a radio very low while installing our boiler). Their work and their customer service has been consistently professional and extremely customer-service oriented. I have told many, many people about how impressed my husband and I are of their work, but also about how they treat their customers. It's wonderfully refreshing to find a company who not only does excellent work, but makes you feel like your a very valued customer. Highly, higly recommend!!!
