We stumbled upon this little former diner on main street in Manasquan and I use the former because its anything but. Chef and owner Dan Alpaugh's mixing of flavor's left my guests and I with hard decisions to make about what to choose for our entree's but the selection was narrowed down by the informative staff. The special board is always filled with exotic fish dishes that most local restaurants don't offer.( corvina escolar snook andstawberry bass) This night I went with the corvina and my husband had a blue cheese encrusted N.Y strip steak, also don't miss out on the homemade desserts epecially the creme brulee' the best on the shore
