I have been a homeowner at Brittany Woods for over 6 years now. Larry at Talis Management has really turned our property around 180 degrees. He has worked hard with our board of directors take a poorly managed property to one that I am proud of. Last nights annual meeting was the best ever. Lee, a retired townhome owner and long -standing board member, was very impressive. He has been a God send to our community along with Tamma, our President. They are truly serving the Brittany Woods community and we all should be grateful for the time that they spend at meetings and working closely with Larry. It is a great feeling to know they are diligently working on improving things. Although I am somtimes disgruntled about some issues myself, like the drainage problem around my home and the water and mud it creates, not to mention mosquitos, after last nights meeting, I now have hope that these issues will all be addressed down the road. I think our board together with you Larry, are a win-win!!!
