This was my first time at this salon, and I was initially a little off put by the location of it; as it located in a strip mall and the salon is rather small and a bit dated on the interior. But the customer service definitely makes up for the appearance. I have been to many salons and always end up leaving slightly disappointed at their level of customer service, but I was very pleasantly surprised with my recent visit. I was greeted immediately by my stylist Rachel, who offered me something to drink right away and had a very positive and upbeat attitude. Usually a stylist spends maybe five minutes at the most when they are going through their initial consultation with you, but Rachel spent at least 10 minutes if not more. This was very impressive to me that she took the time to be really thorough. I liked that she was very sensitive to the fact that I have very fine hair and really customized my haircut specifically to my needs. I liked that she really took the time to explain every product that she was going to use and how it was going to make my hair look better. I liked that she took the time to show me how to keep my style once I left the salon. Overall I would definitely recommend this salon. It was a breath of fresh air to leave the salon feeling like your stylist actually enjoys their job and was excited to give you a great hair cut.
