Review content:
This is the most unprofessional "auto mechanic" I have ever been to. Simply put I got ripped off by a bunch of grease monkeys. My vehicle was having electrical problems related to the transmission and some "diagnostics" were done. I unfortunately agreed to have the work done after being given an estimate of roughly $450. I returned after the repairs were allegedly done to find that now the bill was $600. After being given the run around we settled on roughly $525. Well, the problems continued. Less than 24 hours later the vehicle was showing the same problems and making a long story short, I had to make three different appointments within a week to have the vehicle looked at again. The third time back they never even bothered to stay open long enough for me to make my appointment time. The 2 times they actually did show up, I was told that the problem shouldn't happen again, but if it did then probably more work needed to be done which would cost roughly a couple hundred dollars more. I learned that all they were doing was resetting the computer each time to make the symptoms appear to go away. But, at least I learned my lesson and made sure that they never touched my vehicle again and that I never paid them again for anything. After calling 2 other transmission places and a dealership, they all agreed that the problem had nothing to do with what was supposedly fixed and that the actual repair should have been around $150 to $200. Not only will I never go to this place again, I will make every effort to tell everyone I know that this place is a SCAM. I have since filed legal paperwork with the Attorney General's Office to help me with this SCAM. I would give them Zero Stars if that was an option at this web site.
