My mother wanted to treat herself to a makeover for Mothers Day. After seeing an add for Salon Pompeo in a local magazine, she decided that they would be best for the job. Unfortunately, it was the worst! The so-called friendly and expeditious staff took over 4 hours for a simple haircut and highlights. The end product was something that looked like a mere $12 haircut salon created, not the $200+ she paid. Her hair was cut unevenly and the color was extremely unflattering.
Pros: nice atmosphere
Cons: Expensive-Over rated, Unfriendly, incompetent
