Review content:
Good: They way they listened. Their knowledge and advice. I lived in the house for over 40 years, so it was scary to think about moving. Dennis and his staff made it easier.. Bad: The cost of selling is high. But, I guess you get what you pay for.. Improvements: Had to pay a transfer fee of $883 to the State of Michigan from Proposal A. I would like to see that abolished.. Other: The details in house selling are enormous, especially since I last bought. Papers, signatures, it can drive you crazy! Dennis made it seem more comfortable and everyday..
