Wyman of Details Inc inspected our home before we purchased it, and I was extremely pleased with his services. He spent an entire morning going over every single part of the house in order to give us piece of mind when purchasing it. From the roof to the basement, and the yard to the electrical, he covered everything. He was able to point out the strong points, like the age of the roof, the nearly new furnace and water heater, to potential trouble spot, like the cracked sidewalk and some of the electrical outlets not being hooked up correctly. He inspected the attic, plumbing, gas, electric, yard drainage, structure, and about anything else you can think of. He was able to give us recommendations of things that could improve the home, as well of an idea of how often certain improvements will beed to be made. I spent an hour with him learning all about the house, and was even provided with a written report once he was done.
After we moved in to our home, I ran into a couple minor issues, and called Wyman to see if he could recommend someone to us for the repairs. He came over and did them for us out of the kindness of his heart, which was greatly appreciated!
I was so impressed with his services, and felt he was worth every penny we paid him. I highly recommend him to anyone loking to purchase a home or to someone just wanting some insight on the home they already have.
