Review content:
I have had problems with leg cramps for a couple years while running. At the gym, two different people recommended him for massage, and said to be sure to ask how to keep the cramps from happening again. I had been getting massages but they were not really helping, more like a spa thing. Galen (the masseuse) questioned me about what I was drinking, what time I was running, all about my routine. He massaged both calfs, and told me to tell him if it hurt. It was not comfortable but I could feel a difference the next day. I saw him several times and he would explain what he was looking for and gave good advice about how to avoid cramps by good hydration and by becoming more flexible. He knew more that the coach. I have not had to go back and am running 2-3 times a week with NO problems. That is a huge relief. If I start cramping when it gets warmer I will not wait to go see him. Very professional, I wish I knew about him last summer when I was having all these problems.
