My husband and I have been doing business with Nelson's Jewelers since about 2002. I can tell they take great pride in remembering their customers because Randy remembered me and called me by name months after our brief, initial visit. That is hard to do in a retail business where you see so many faces and casual shoppers. Over the years, my sweet husband has bought me several pieces of jewelry from The Nelsons. When he hasn't had an idea of quite what to get me, Randy and Cindy have always given great suggestions, and with each suggestion there has always been the attached statement of and if she doesn't like it, tell her to bring it back to us and we'll work with her to find what she wants. Like I said, we've bought several pieces of beautiful jewelry from Randy and Cindy, and I've always loved the surprise pieces my husband has chosen...except for one. And when I didn't like that ONE, I brought it back to Randy, and he did just what he said he would - he worked with me until we found just what I wanted. Personally, I won't do business with any jeweler besides Nelson's. If they don't have what I'm looking for in their store, I know they will work hard to find it and get it for me.
