Review content:
This company has high end products but low end service and delivery. It took several weeks to receive my laminate flooring (not the norm, I've since found out) and during that time I had absolutely no communication from them. They are content to just leave you hanging. Once I got the material, I had a need to order two more boxes, (I went through them again thinking the first time was a fluke) and once again 3 weeks went by with no communication. I was on vacation during some of this period or I would have bugged them. What is strange is that this time I had asked for an estimate to have the work done. The guy who came out didn't have the authority to name the price so he said that someone would call me. They never did! I finally called to inquire, was told that Tonya would return my call the next day.......she didn't. I called her, she told me that "someone" would call me back......they didn't. The next day I called them and told them the order was terminated. Right now, I'm going through The Floor Zone in Sacramento. They've told me my order should be in today (after three days) so we'll see what happens. My next review will be of them.
Bottom line: A & A has been around for a long time, but they have really gone down hill.
Pros: High quality products
Cons: Higher prices with lousy communication and slow delivery
