I've been going to Harv's for years--it's convenient, they treat your car like the treasure it is, they go out of their way to be friendly and give great service. Now that they've spiffed the place up and added the "Green" to it (recycling the water etc.) it's even better. All the great old stuff is there, like friendly staff and patrons, good service, high quality of work product, but now it's just so much more pleasant to be there. Plus, it's close to about ten of my favorite midtown restaurants, so I can drop it off, go have lunch and come back to a gleaming car. Harv's is still no. 1 in my book.
Pros: Great location, friendly people excellent service.
Cons: I wish they made sandwiches etc. onsite.
