Businiess name:  Barolo Italian Cafe
Review by:  Lidia C.
Review content:
Barolo is our favorite Italian place in Orange County. It's a small place in a strip mall that looks kind of lame from the outside. The good things: The chef cooks in the dining room and sings in Italian sometimes. They give you bread and salad with your meal. The portions are pretty large, I generally have enough to take home and eat the next day. I like the Fusilli Rustica. The daily specials are always good, but really expensive (like $20+). If you get a daily special, you usually get a side of pasta (if it's a meat dish). It's worth it to ask for a pasta dish as your side (like Fusilli Rustica) instead of just the plain spaghetti. I'm not sure if they will always substitute, but they always have for us. I'm not positive, but I think they open at 5pm seven days of the week. Infrequently they will go on vacation so the whole place shuts down.
