Review content:
Kitchen Works just installed new countertops in my kitchen and it was a horrible experience. It took them three tries to re-attach the dishwasher properly (resulting in two floods over my kitchen floor.) The trim work they put in had gaps over dishwasher and garbage disposal; their original answer was that I should move up the appliances and I had to fight them to get continuous trim. You could never contact the right person at their company without 4-5 tries. And customer service's attitude is "I wouldn't know anything about that." (They actually said that several times.) All this might be acceptable for a cut-rate firm, but they're also expensive.
Pros: None
Cons: Cost, Expertise, Service
