Review content:
Kitchenworks used poor quality products when they installed the very expensive bay windows in our living room. Then when the product failed (the seal failed so the double paned windows leaked when they got wet and ruined the wood framing) they refused to honor a written warranty, saying that they discontinued the product and were not responsible for it. They promised to stand by their product when we signed a contract with them, but ultimately did not honor their contract. In an attempt to cut costs, they have neglected to maintain integrity. You will be sorry if you use them for any service. They are unreliable and dishonest. We contacted them multiple times to try and resolve the problems but they marginalized our complaints and refused to help us.
