Review content:
The owner, Kevin, is a swindler that likes to use foul language in a condescending tone. I brought my car in for close to $700 of axle work. 15K miles later, they are
broken. Why? Well I didn't know so I brought it back ... he wanted $47.50 just to look at it. I could bring it anywhere and have a repair shop estimate it for FREE. But he wanted to charge me almost $50 to re-evaluate
the repair that THEY did. I questioned the fee and he told me to be "reasonable" and the most amazingly shallow comment after that ... he said "You spent $650 before, what's another $50?" Am I a child? Does this argument hold water? I left the place and took my car to a local competitor. I called back to have him re-explain this. He told me a number of whoppers. He said that I wasn't a "normal" customer so he charged me the fee. He also asked me if I wanted him to do the "F-cking" repair for free ... he basically lost his demeaner. Don't ever go here, it's expensive and the owner is one of those seemingly nice guys who will charm you out of your money ... like a charlatan.
