If you were to go to McDonald's and order a big mac, receive an empty wrapper ask for the manager and have them say something like "How is that supposed to be my problem" you would be right at home at PVSF.
Everything they say is true. If you set your horse free in the middle of a third world country with a water shortage they might get comparable care. The owner of the place and workers are great but as soon as you see the headlights of the dictator manager's cart coming to yell at you the place loses its charm.
