Good: The window guy was on time, he was very knowledgable about windows, everything was thoroghly cleaned when he left, and he even used a drop cloth to protect my office desk while he cleaned the inside.. Bad: The cleaning took forever. I only have 30 windows and the guy was in my house for a good 5 hours. Everything was perfectly cleaned which is good, and the price was unbeatable, but you should plan on sitting around all day waiting for him to finish. Next time I will just let him in and leave to do errands.. Improvements: Keep the excellent quality but speed up the cleaning process!. Other: We get our windows cleaned every year or two. This time we got them cleaned for almost half what our old company charged. The window guy even did a better job. We will be using him again next time..
