I want to thank you and your Salesman, Larry for having been so professional and so efficient in handling the transaction with my 81 year old aunt. The whole manner in which your company dealt with her was amazing. Larry treated her with such respect, dignity and kindness, holding her hand all the way through the process. He was so patient kind and considerate to her and went the extra mile to follow up with staff to make sure that everything was properly executed and professionally done. He never once pressurized her in any way. He allowed her to take her time to make decisions and did everything on her time frame and at a pace she could cope with. It is so refreshing when a company takes such good care and shows such respect, sensitivity and dignity to someone who is advanced in years. Thank you for having done such a professional job and dealing with my aunt with such kindness, care and dignity.
