Dr. Melcon can be blunt, but she is a great doctor who really truly cares about the pets. I had one short visit with Dr. Kim and she was wonderful as well. My vet bill for 4 nights of hospitalization was so reasonable - if your pet has a chronic illness get the insurance, I more than made the money back within the first two visits. I understand why some people might give this place a low rating, your pet (a.k.a. your baby) is sick, they can't tell you what hurts, you're frustrated, and then you have to pay a vet bill?? But vet care isn't free and this place is more than reasonable. Bottom line, after 5 days in a row there and 4 days in the back room visiting my cat, I found the entire staff, front desk, vet techs, and vets to be nice caring animal lovers willing to do whatever they could for me and my darling cat Angel.
