I am surprised to see the bad reviews as well. We just bought a vehicle from them and it was in almost perfect condition with low miles and a good price. The price we were quoted on EBay was the exact price that we got. If you are looking for a dealership to kiss your butt and hold your hand, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a place that will give you a low price and a speedy paperwork process, give them a shot. We priced vehicles with several dealerships of the same make and model that we got from Texas Direct. The Texas Direct vehicle was priced over 4,000 LESS than the cheapest one we found other places. And those more expensive vehicles had twice the miles of the vehicle we got from Texas Direct. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because they are a little slow to communicate and call back sometimes. I think this is more of a problem of an understaffed dealership that is growing exponentially. When we picked up the vehicle, the process was fast and smooth. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes. The vehicle is beautiful and in great condition. It has a couple little things here and there, but you have to keep in mind these are not brand new cars they are USED. The car is beautiful and I am happy with the purchase.
