I was in the El Dorado Hills area on a short vacation and wanted to get a massage after I pulled a muscle in my back while loading my luggage. I got out my laptop to try to find a massage therapist. All the places I called were either out of business or did not offer female a masseuse. I called Massage Envy. It's a franchise chain so I had no idea what to expect. On the phone they asked if I preferred a male or female masseuse and what level of pressure I wanted so I was very impressed.They got me in within a few hours. Here's the thing. I did not tell my therapist where my injury was. As she was working on my back, she put her hand directly on the sore area and said, "mmmmmmm". She asked if I had any pain there. I said yes and that was the exact spot where I was very tender. She worked on the area and by the time the session was finished, I walked out almost completely pain free and could enjoy the rest of my vacation.
