Good: Good Location. Bad: Staff do not act appropriate or dress appropriate. Their lack of skills for working in a hotel is highly evident. They overcharge your credit card each time it is used to pay for the room. The manager appears to have a minimum education. She has no people skills either. Most of the outer doors are broken and many doors to the rooms are also. The owner has known this for weeks and refuses to buy the parts and will not compensate any guest even though I have been unable to access my room(paid for) for weeks.. Improvements: Entire new staff and owner would be a minimum start. All doors should be fixed. The pool should be opened as promised while making reservations weeks before I arrived. A true continental breakfast as advertised not just mini packs of donuts from the corner store. Broken windows should be fixed and clean the garbage infested parking lot.. Other: The worst hotel experience I have ever had. I have stayed at well over 50 hotels in the last 8 years and this one will only get a 100 % negative word of mouth advertisement from me and many other guests that stayed there during the same time..
