Dr. Brokstein goes above and beyond for all of his patients. He is passionate about natural health care, is extremely knowledgeable, and comfortable to be around. He continues to expand and improve upon his practice with latest, up to date technology, which best suits the needs of his patients.
I had never been to a chiropractor before meeting Dr. Russell Brokstein and was never informed of what chiropractic truly does for one's overall health care. My impression, like most people think, is that it's mostly about neck and back pain. No other doctor took the time to explain and educate me that chiropractic is about natural health care without drugs or surgery. Dr. Russell takes the time to examine and then explain what is causing your health issues and how to correct the problem so you can enjoy your normal daily activities. Now I realize chiropractic is about maintaining my health and is part of my routine. I have never felt better as I sleep better and have more energy. I highly recommend him to not only people with back or neck pain and headaches, but anybody who wants to experience natural healthcare in the Freehold/Monmouth County area.
