Review content:
They were once one of the best in Johnson City. The majority of their pharmacy and floor staff is really nice. One notable exception is a pharmacist, Andy, who is consistently RUDE. I am ready to move all of my business elsewhere. My out of pocket payments were $3,777 for 2010. If one includes insurance reimbursement I suspect my business brings them well over $10,000 a year. I originally moved all my prescriptions there because of a pharmacist by the name of Cheryl. There were none better than she. Unfortunately she is very rarely there anymore. I understand that they have had strong staff cutbacks over the three plus years I've been there. I suspect that's because of the discount programs such as $5.00 for one month generics refills now offered at the big chains. I would think those cutbacks alone if no other reason would make them even more responsive to their customers who remain. If this problem with Andy cannot be resolved, I will be switching which is unfortunate because I enjoy the delivery service.
