VERY disappointed in this company. I had an appointment that was cancelled very last minute -- after I had moved all the furniture, etc from the room and had changed my schedule to be at home. They said the equipment broke. I understood that, however, there was no apology. The woman that called was not very friendly. I rescheduled for the next week. Again, I moved all the furniture and arranged my schedule accordingly. This time, not only didn't they show, but they NEVER CALLED! I left a few messages but they didn't have the courtesy to call back. AVOID THIS COMPANY! There are reliable carpet cleaners out there - this isn't one of them.
