Review content:
I found the staff here to be professional and understanding. I found the folks at the lawn mower repair place in boulder to be almost rude, in fact, when they sold me the wrong replacement part, I paid cash for it, they didn't want to refund but give me a in store credit for which I had no use. After complaining I was a 20 year customer they finally gave me $25.00 back. I always thought to just deal with them, they're close, local support etc. but their time line is after 3 weeks they've finally taken apart my mower but the parts are all in a box with no explanation or close to when I might get it back. After years of dealing with them I found I would have to pester them. They're always expensive. Total power at 2 weeks is worth the drive. I found them reasonable & competitive in prices for parts and labor.
