Businiess name:  Dobbin Auto Repair Inc.
Review by:  J. L.
Review content:
I went there a few weeks ago to have a problem fixed with my car and they told me what was wrong with my car (or so I thought) and fixed it for about $210. Well, I thought I was good to go until my car started doing the exact same thing a few days after I left. I know sometimes things like this happens with auto repair centers where they misdiagnose problems, but the same thing happened with my mother's car. When she brought it back for repairs they told her they'd fix it only after they charged another $150 or something astronomical even though they misdiagnosed the problem in the first place. Aside from them not doing their job very well the customer service is rude for the most part. The mechanics are only friendly when there's a monetary incentive involved and nobody's car ever gets serviced by the head mechanic unless you know him. I think you get the idea about this place so before I go any further-just go to a dealer. They'll quote the same prices to you anyway.
