My family and myself being new to fishkeeping did not even know we were supposed to cycle the aquarium water before adding fish. Thankfully Chris and Daniel explained to us the full ins and outs of it. And saved us heartache and money by not adding fish until the tank was fully cycled.
None of the other fish stores ever inquired if our aquarium was cycled. Thank you Chris and Daniel. We will continue to return to Aquarium Outfitters.
One thing I do recommend to new people is to ask if they do not see a fish they want. As they have so many and some of the fish may be hiding under a plant or behind a rock in the tank. As it was in our case until Chris pointed out they did indeed have them.
