Review content:
The previous review is incorrect. As the owner of PaperStreet this is our viewpoint.
Copy corrections needed during the build were the cause of the client changing copy and site structure. Client failed to proof and edit the copy before submission. Those changes required developers to redo previous work and edit the website, which was completed timely and even free of charge.
The client proceeded to finalize and launch the web site with PaperStreet. They even proceeded to sign a new agreement to host and maintain the site with them after completion. Client was notified of all fees.
Total Control allows the client to control the majority of the website, as with any content system. The client was notified that their unique, custom menu for their practice areas required manual intervention due to the unique sizing, specific order, and shape of the menu.
The client has the ability to add and delete new menu items, as with any website. The client is required to specify the order of practice areas to align them perfectly on the menu (and be mindful of space requirements).
Alternatives were given to make the menu automatic, eliminate the need for manual intervention, and even eliminate ongoing maintenance. All options have been declined to date by the client.
For over 10 years, we have serviced 200 plus law firms using the Total Control system and zero issues. We stand by our same-day service, design ability and Total Control system.
