THANK YOU, JACKIE for being authentic, giving me all your attention to detail and your relentless effort to cut to perfection and for FINALLY GIVING ME THE COLOR I have always wanted and never got because my hairdresser/friend thought differently. I had been going to a personal friend's salon for many years and NOW I see I was MISSING OUT ON A REAL PROFESSIONAL COLORIST even though she loves doing color. EVERYONE (EVEN people who only see me in passing) stops to tell me how much they love my new style, color and highlights!
PLEASE NOTE: IT'S NOT ABOUT MONEY FOR THIS SALON! IT'S ABOUT SATISFACTION FOR THE CUSTOMER! Jackie is sincere and I never felt like I was in a superficial place like some salons can feel. The conversation was real, the surroundings beautiful, cappaccino delicious and ultimately the best personal service I've received in a salon. The waxing seat is so much better on my back. DON'T EVER GO TO THOSE NAIL SALONS FOUND IN THE SUPERMARKET MALL. YOU'RE REALLY MISSING OUT ON WHAT A REAL PEDICURE/MANICURE FEELS LIKE FOR PRATICALLY THE SAME PRICE. THE NAIL POLISH DIDNOT CHIP OFF BY THE SECOND DAY as it does at the other places.
