Review content:
Im sorry that your experience with Lynbrook Massage wasn't as pleasant as you should had wanted it,but to say it was "filthy", you went far, to say that we dont know what we are doing, I laugh. I was there and I treated your boyfriend. And like the other person wrote in his "facts" if she was hurting you why didn't you say something? I didnt hear you say a word, throughout the whole session. But lets begin how you both arrived. You arrived not too happy to begin with, and YES your therapist heard every word you said and READ what your complaints were, and follow them, I was in the room, and she did an awesome job! As for your boyfriend, I asked was there anything i should be aware of and he said yes. Thats when he mentioned his knee and elbow to be worked, but it wasn't his main focus. Is an hr massage and it wasn't a medical massage,it was a "RELAXATION MASSAGE" called "SWEDISH". When you left you left the place as if have seen the devil, and your boyfriend was still paying and smiling, and as a matter of fact he said to the person in front, he was happy and I did an excellent job! YOU WELCOME! We asked him, were you ok, and he said "shes hard to please", so i guess it is true. The day of your appointment I do recall coming in early to set up your room, for the couples massage. "Filthy" i dont think so. If you know me and our staff, you would know that we always make sure that the treatment areas are clean for our clients, and that's exactly what i did that morning. I make sure that every person that comes through my doors receives an excellent massage in a clean room, with fresh linens, aromatherapy candles or essential oils burning and soft music playing so that they feel comfortable & relaxed. And that day was no different. You said that the front was "unorganized front." Excuse us for having papers on a desk, but I thought that's what desks are for.. I'm sorry did i miss something? When you walk into a reception area what do you see? a front desk? what does it have? a phone, computer, pens, aaahhh...papers!!! DUH!! Perhaps the washer was running. Our boss was sick that weekend and all of us therapist were helping run the place so that when he came back he wouldn't have that much to do. So pardon us for trying to do laundry so that you can be on clean sheets. We run a well respected place. All of our therapists are licensed and we know what we are doing. We have clients that keep coming back every week. I am so sorry that you are hard to please. As for me, IM HONORED TO BE PART OF THE TEAM OF LYNBROOK MASSAGE.
